"He is a Nice Man but not My Man" Host Anuhasan on her ex-marriage life and more on her current love life with a foreigner.

The most popular host anuhasan is engaged to england based banker, graham..close knit engagement ceremony took place in her native sriangam. she is going to shuttle between London and Chennai after her marriage in November. I wanted to write an article about the long distance love story of Anu and graham to my magazine .when i contacted Anu for this, she concurred without any hesitation.she asked me to come to Taj coromandel for lunch .Anu got irritated when I reached there little late..she ordered some non-vegetarian foods for herself and fresh mango juice for me..I was surprised to see her eating fish fries and chicken tikka as she hails from a Brahman family. . In course of the lunch anuhasan opens up about her love life, and her ex-marriage.

Anuhasan got in touch with graham,a British by a music website. people become friends by exchanging their favorite songs."we became friends by sharing music,we share a similar taste in music.then we were chatting through email for quite a long time. At one point of time we could finally strike a chord .Graham proposed me for marriage. but I was initially resistant to accept the proposal due to my failed first marriage. I dont want to take a second chance in marraige .actually speaking i was not in need of a marriage. later when i met him in London at his place personally felt the drastic change in me. i couldn't decide anything as i was not sure of my married life with graham. my mom is an excellent philosopher. she could tell life changing philosophies at ease. mom gave me clear idea to decide on my marriage. " don think whether it will work or not, just try hard to make it work",these magical words from my mom pushed me into this second marriage" shares anuhasan with an excitement.

Anu was divorced quite a long time back. Her ex-husband Vikas is a Delhi based businessman. she openly talks about her ex-life and the mental trauma she underwent in a failed marriage."my first marriage was also a love marriage. vikas was my college mate. everything was fine with us when we were just love birds. things did not work when we became husband and wife. tons of misunderstandings raised which i could not solve. I was striving hard to save my marriage though i know from the very first day that it will not work. i struggled for almost 10 years to alter my relationship.but decided to come out of it when things went out of control. my ex-husband is a very nice man but not my man. past is past ,Iam not dwelling in the past but do not want to forget the important life lessons that i learnt from my first marriage." says Anu..

when asked about her current chemistry with graham.." hey, graham is such a sweet heart,i love him" she says excitedly.."he loves me for just the way Iam. of course there are some cultural differences between us ,but love binds us despite the differences. he is very much Indian at heart. he likes to go to kapaleeshwar temple whenever he comes to India. "ejamaniyamma", he calls me. this is the only Tamil word he would probably know. he gives lots of importance to the word ' please". its a magical word.he often says. he would turn aggressive if I ask him something without using this magical word "please". life is totally different with him. Iiam just expecting happiness in my married life, and am extremely happy with graham"

A nuhasan ends the conversation on a touching note..she said she wants to say something to our female readers from her life lessons."generally speaking ladies should keep the divorce as the last option in life. strive hard to save your marriage as it plays a vital role in a woman"s life it takes a toll in professional life when things are not ok in our personal lives. I too worked hard for 10 years to save my first marriage. when things went out of control I opted for divorce which i could say was a serious mental trauma. I was single for 5 years putting aside my thoughts of re marriage. then graham came in to my life and here comes my second marriage. don give up in life" says anuhasan.

My lunch meeting with anu extended for more than 2 hrs.and finally i took leave from her after an interesting chat." did I bore you for such a long time?" Anu sent a mail to me the next day.." no, I had a lovely time," I replied with a smiley..

Unusual Friendship

Two leading actresses can never become good friends is a known fact. Trisha,Shreya ,Sonia aggarwal,Reema sen have disproved the fact. Trisha and Shreya maintains a steady friendship despite their box office competition..Reema and Sonia are inseparable in the parties.spoke to these leading ladies about their unusual friendship for an article to my magazine..

"shreya is such a sweet friend of mine." says Trisha."i feel like being with my school friend when Iam with Shreya. we have heard of love at first sight, but friendship at first sight happened to us. we became friends in just few minutes when we met on the sets of unakku 18 for the very first time. she likes surprising her friends. i remember once she came to my home, she was wearing a beautiful shoe. i told her that i liked her shoe so much. after she went to mumbai , i got a parcel from Shreya. she had sent me the same brand shoe which i liked. somehow she could manage to get the same shoe. that was really a pleasant surprise for me and she made my day. she loves clicking pics in parties. the next day she would email the pics to me with the subtitle"sweet memories". she enjoys every single moment of life" concludes Trisha..

Contacted Shreya to know about her beautiful moments with Trisha..usually Shreya remains unreachable..but this time she came forward to speak about her friendship with Trisha.."i love Trish". says Shreya." whenever Iam in mumbai I would be roaming around with Reema ,.If Iam in Chennai i would be with trisha. she hates filmy gossips, especially in a private party.so i avoid talking about films when iam with her. mostly in the premiere shows i would look into trisha's eyes for her comment.she is the only one who would frankly tell me the truth about the film. recently she dropped into one of my premiere show from mumbai exclusively for me, thats trish".

when comes to friendship sonia and reema expects honesty.." I have very few friends in my filmy circle" says Sonia.. " i cannot keep friendship with a person unless that person is genuine and transparent in a relationship. reema is one such friend of mine.i would share even my personal problems with reema. If Iam depressed I would call reema to get myself charged with positive energy. sometimes she is very childish, she would force me to wear the same color dress to the parties we attend together. she is very talkative and Iam much calm and composed. may be this contrast worked out well in our friendship. Reema is definitely a close friend of mine whom i trust so much"

Reema and Sonia seem to be having wonderful time in the parties.."people think that we know each other only after ayirathil oruvan ,I know her for quite a long time " says Reema. " we became close friends on the sets of AO. sonia is good at maintaining secrets. so I would vent my frustrations to her as she would not reveal it to anyone. on the lighter side she loves watches. though she has got cupboard full of watches, she would be happy only if I gift her wrist watch. shreya is my neighbor in mumbai. so we three of us would go to parties,we cant miss shreya. but sonia is close to me"..

I would call it as a strange ,unusual friendships..

Like Marriage But Hate weddings

'wedding' .I hate weddings..I hardly attend any of my freind's wedding..It does'nt mean that I hate marriage..but Iam not Ok with the wedding ceremonies. .just imagine two people are getting married to start a new life,it is only between that two..why 200 need to witness the event..when i go to some of the wedding i miss the feel in it..not able to understand the mantras, not able to go near our dear ones, not able to speak to friends sitting next to us due to unbearable noise.sometimes need to face people whom we wanted to avoid..elder ones will ask silly, irritating questions .many of the relatives show sudden affection . some may keep the wedding in unreacheable place that too early morning muhurtham .

Many of us would have tough time choosing the gifts,if money confusion again in the amount 200 or 300.and Dresses..What to wear for the wedding?.I have seen people attend wedding to just eat ..hear some vulgar comments about the bride or the groom from mannerless people. many of our distant relatives find tuff time in the dusty chatrams, trouble the elders in the name of marriage....pompous wedding doesn't make any sense to me..

Muhurtham atleast is meaningful we can consider this to an extent ..Reception. Iam getting wild as soon as i hear this word reception. same people who attended the wedding will be attending the reception, same old chaos..when marraige itself is over by morning why do you need this reception .Funny to see the couples introducing there friends amidst hear jamming orchestra..Pose to the camera for one single click .we hardly get time and space to wish our dear ones.."happy marri"....thats all we would be obviously pushed by the next one.. The only word we hear from our dear ones is ' saaptu po'. We girls hardly wear jwellery but why do you flaunt yourself with 10 kg jwelleries and 5 types sarees which we would never touch again . .when I sit and witness a wedding I feel sick.why simply mugging up lessons without understanding the basic concept..

Just see in this entire wedding scenario is there any sincere wishes, any prayers,? . are you sure that people who attend your wedding would wholeheartedly wish you a happy married life..when I skip I would always sincerely pray for the couple's well being and a peaceful married life.

.Yes iam going to get married,I would love to get married,I believe in the institutuion of marriage..but How?..listen..I would like to have a simple wedding and grand married life..Marriage is not that single wedding day. .marriage and married life is actually after that .we give importance to wedding ignoring the basic idea of a happy married life .marriage is a wonderful beginning. .unconditional love is what is marriage according to me .personal life between the just two. .the relatives and the friends who witnessed the grand gala wedding are not going to be with us in the ups and downs of married life .one and only the couples are going to witness the whole married life .need to concentrate and plan the married life not the wedding date.

Iinstead wasting time in thinking how to conduct a wedding, just spend time organising your married life, concentrate in finding the right guy or girl for a fantastic married life .Have seen many lavish weddings ended in bitter divorce..marraige totally relies on the character of the partner we choose, defnitely not in the nature of weddings..dont think about the relative's comments whom are not going to spend even a sinle penny for the wedding expenses..

so what shall we do?..ok ..what I will do.. I would like to get married at my home..yes my home,my sweet little home where i grew up all these years.. .after the wedding would give annadhaanam in any renowned ashram in rememberance of my marriage and hence service to mankind is service to god..Parents..who were with us both in the tuff and happy times..mom for her unconditional support, dad for pillar of strength and siblings who made our life wonderful .Are these genuine, kind, loving people are not enough to witness the most important happening in our life? .the same with my partners side. .Iam getting married for my self not for others..Iam content with this style of wedding.. would take every sincere steps from my side to make my married life peaceful..In the fast food life need to understand the importance of simple marraige..

I have a concept of an information card than an invitation card..would like to inform my friends with a neat little card saying" friends i got married"..friends will scream and some may even get wild...its ok things will come back to normal..when each of us follow this same pattern, then these kind of marriages will become normal. as time advance people would be shocked if anybody opt for a pompous wedding..This is the change we need..just be the change you need..but Iam still in search of a good hearted person lead a fantastic married life...Iam confident that I would find my guy in the millions..

Try to understand the fine difference between marriage and wedding. focus on the married life than this oru naal koothu called "wedding"..

"Iam not dating siddharth" Says Shruthi

shruthi haasan is striving hard to make her mark in films. In the meanwhile rumor mill says that this budding actress has been dating siddharth and is getting serious about her relationship. Is she dating siddharth? caught up with shruthi while she was in her studio composing songs for her dad's next film "yavarum kelir"..

"we both are working together in a telugu film"yodha". i dont know the language, siddharth helps me to speak telugu dialogues. he is such a wonderful co-star and a talented actor. we became great friends on the sets of this telugu film. Iam not dating siddharth and I can clearly say that iam not in love with him."

Recently you were spotted together at the striker premiere show..

Hey come on I just dropped in to watch the film, not to hangout with siddharth. if I love a person I will openly talk about him. Iam like my dad, Iwill speak my mind. there is no need for me to hide my relationship and deny the rumors.

Latest news is that you have introduced siddharth to your dad and you are really serious in getting married to him.what do you say for this?

No way,Iam not in a mood to get married now. Iam still a long way to go in my career. Right now I would like to concentrate in my work rather introducing a guy to my dad. At this stage marraige talks are little too much for me.

Did your dad ever speak to you about this?

Everybody is asking me about this,.Iam continuously answering phone calls but until now my dad did not ask me about this. He knows that i would tell him if anything serious. He is always there for me. He has given me enough freedom and i will not misuse it.

Are you relocating to mumbai ?

Yes.Iam planning to shift to mumbai as it is the right place to make something big in music and films. Will shift to mumbai as soon as i get an apartment.I would prefer to be independent and live my own life. would miss chennai as well.

Why have you walked out of prabhudeva's film "Ich" ?

Iam not at all committed with the film to walk away from it. nobody has approached me from prabhudeva's side . This is another fake news like my link up with siddharth.

"Iam not a party person" In Conversation With Asin

You like her or not but cannot deny the fact that Asin is an immensely talented Actress.she got her place in hindi cinema by her outstanding performance in gajini.Currently she stays in a luxurious apartment at lokhandwala ,mumbai where sridevi, tabu, juhi are her neighbours.caught up with asin for a quick chat to my magazine..

How is life in mumbai..are you ok with the party culture?

ya..everynight people party out here..but iam not a party person.would prefer to be at home than partying out.moreover i dont go to parties for publicity.there is no need for me to develop contacts in a party..ya i can say that iam not used to this party culture..otherwise life is fantastic here..

How about the treatment in bollywood?

Southindian heroines have a good impression.people here know that we are talented, disciplinedand punctual on sets. After Rahman's twin oscar vicrory southindian actors are celebrated here..

You dub in your own voice to all your films..how come you learn so many languages..?

I love to learn new languages..Iam good at french too.can dub even for a french film..as a sincere actress myself, out of my own interest i dub for my films..that little effort from my side makes me happy..I think it is a part of my job to dub in my voice..

..Split with parents, link ups with salman khan..can you clarify these controversies?

I have no issues with my parents.I stay in my apartment with them.controversies related to my parents and salmankhan are absolutely baseless.it hurts when my parents are unnecessarily dragged into this.will tell you one thing,my mom is an angel and dad is my pillar of strength.i realy cannot goahead without them.

Trisha has followed your steps..she is finally into bollywood..any message to her?

Iam not a grandma to advice her..my best wishes to trisha.

Heard that you have signed a film with vijay..Are you back into tamil films..?

Vijay is a very good friend of mine.would like to act with him but nobody has approached me for his film.anyway iam not signing any southindian fils for the next 6 months..

"I do not label my relationship with kamal sir" says Gowthami

Met actress gowthami at kamal haasan's office..she is still slim, sleak and beautiful at heart.what ever it is,she speaks from the bottom of her heart.her vibrant face gave me instant energy.actress gowthami is actualy surviving cancer.for the very first time she spoke to me about her survival of cancer for my magazine.the way she is handling cancer is an important life lesson that has to be learnt..
"Just 10 years back i had a clear picture in my mind about my life.but now i clearly understood that planning is impossible in life.we have to take every second as it comes.every 24 hrs is what is life.if we fail to understand this, defnitely we would end up in great failures.just live now has become my life principle now" says evidently confident gowthami.."i have been struggling with cancer for past 6 years.when i first heard about this,i was emotionaly shattered" after a moment of silence she continues..

"destruction is a positive sign according to me.when things crumble around you,it leaves no other choice but to rebuild.i realised that this is the time to rebuild my innerstrength and values.i handled my medical problem in a practical way as i hail from a medical family.cancer treatments are realy tuff, physically and mentaly tiresome.later i was mentally prepared for the severe treatment.i have been to many public functions, until recently many of my filmy friends dont even have a single clue of my illness.i prefer to be cheerfull and attractive all the time.some of them even asked me that how i could be happy inspite of my serious illness.why should i stumble? i simply ask them in return..
How are you now..are you ok?

iam better now..nothing can be guaranteed.iam just living my life..

What kind of support you get from kamal and his family?

now iam into serials..playing an interesting character in "abirami"..generally one has to be personally happy to do well in professional career..iam personally happy to do well in my job.kamal sir and his family gives me this personal happiness.their moral support gives me inner strength.myself and kamal sir,we have mutual respect for each other.i do not label my beautiful relationship with kamal sir.i realy cannot define it" says gowthami..
